Non-woven mechanical non-woven fabric, also known as non-woven fabric, chivalrous, refers to a certain orientation or random arrangement of the fiber layer through mechanical, chemical or thermal bonding and other methods bonded fabric. In a broad sense, it is a fabric composed of a certain orientation or random arrangement of the fiber layer, or by the fiber layer and yarn interwoven, through mechanical hook, suture or chemical, hot bonding and other methods.

Nonwovens can be roughly divided into the following categories according to weaving principles and methods:

1. Felt: This is made from the shrinkage of wool. The wool is made into thin mesh curls through a carding machine, and then arranged into a flat shape. The wool is wetted, pressed and rubbed with a fleece reducer. Felt that causes wool to shrink into cloth.

2. Resin bonded nonwovens: cotton, viscose and other synthetic staple fibers, because they do not have the felt properties of wool, synthetic resins or synthetic fiber adhesives are generally used to fix the fiber layer. The main principle is to use synthetic fibers with low melting point to be softened and bonded by heating or soaked in a resin solution and continuously passed through, with a roller pressure to remove the remaining liquid in the fiber net after heating, the fiber net is bonded by the cured resin and become non-woven.

3. Needled felt nonwovens: the use of thousands of structure of crochet needle, through the fiber network repeatedly up and down movement, the upper fiber gradually pressed into the lower fiber or brought to the upper layer, the whole fiber network becomes intertwined, tangled, each other can not be separated from the dense felt nonwovens.

4. Jointed nonwovens: A web of irregularly arranged fibers stitched together in multiple ways with a multi-head sewing machine to form a tightly knit nonwovens.

5. Spunbond nonwovens: when the synthetic fiber stock solution is pressed to grow the silk from the spinning head, the static electricity and high pressure air flow are used to make the fiber fall on the metal curtain irregularly and disorderly, and then heat set by the heating drum, the nonwovens can be made.
